Interior Design Services Offered
We are a full service interior design studio and are capable of taking a project from conception to installation. We have worked on new construction homes, home remodels, condominiums, apartments, offices and clothing stores.

Instant Make-over Consultations

An instant makeover consultation includes assessing your design needs, moving and space planning your existing furniture, removing clutter, moving and placing accessories, and pulling together your rooms with all that is existing. During the consultation we guide you, the client, on picking paint colors, developing color schemes, recommending stores where you can do your own legwork and pick furniture, fabrics, curtains, etc. on your own with no obligation to hire us on further. Your home is left looking refreshed and pulled together.

Pricing
Consultations are $300 with a 2-hour max.

Partial Design Services/Consultations

If full service is not what you require we are available for consultation on any combination of the following:

Identifying the Scope of design work
Color consultation
Construction Design
Exterior/Hardscape Design – Back yard and front yard
Material Selections - i.e. tile, wood flooring, concrete, countertops, etc.
Space planning – Furniture placement and flow
Fabric selection and/or furniture selection — Need just the right couch,
chair or table and need help specifying it.
Lighting design
Kitchen and/or Bath design
Fixture selection - i.e. Light fixtures, faucets, bathtubs, sinks,
moldings, baseboards, etc.
Fix prior decorating mistakes

Pricing
Partial Design Services are billed at the hourly rate.

Full Service Design

Phase 1 - Consultation
An initial design consultation meeting will be set up and will be approximately 1 hour in length.This will give the designer and the client an opportunity to meet and discuss the scope of the project, define the clients’ needs and develop a cost estimate based on client's budget.

Phase 2 – Design Development
During the Design development phase we:

Research design styles
Assess the existing furniture for usability
Create a space plan
Create a color scheme
Select furniture and fabrics
Select window and wall treatments
Specify flooring and area rugs
Specify Cabinetry and tile plans
Assess any other interior design needs

Phase 3 – Design Implementation
During the Design implementation phase we:

Identify vendors and contractors at the best possible prices including:
Electricians, Painters, Installers, Furniture manufacturers, Cabinetmakers, etc.
Create a schedule for work, delivery and installation
Oversee all work done by vendors at the clients premises
Communicate with client to assure best quality service

Pricing
During all phases - meetings, site visits, specifying, space planning, etc. are all billed on an hourly design basis. Product purchases are at designer's best net price plus a 20% design fee.
